Right... well i'm completely new to the blogging scene , i don't even know how to operate a Tumblr page properly but anyway I decided it was time I made a blog, not because i want to but because i'm hoping it will give me the motivation i need to successfully complete the danish diet. Honestly, I'm not looking for an audience, if you stumble upon this blog accidently and decide you want to follow up on it on a regular basis... fine, but I've gone under an alias(
a false or assumed identity) and I really don't want anyone finding out about this blog or knowing that i'm the one running it. It would be too embarrassing. Plus I don't have much support from family and friends. They all think that I look fine and should stop trying to be on a stupid diet. Anyway, influences from Kpop and social media has led me to think that I need to lose around 5 pounds. I know it may not sound necessary but trust me to be fully toned and healthy, losing 5 pounds of fat would be extremely beneficial. I'll post a pic of the danish diet regime so that you can see exactly what i'm getting myself into. I've tried it two times before but nothing serious and stopped after a few days plus school and distractions got in the way. The diet makes you extremely lethargy and unhappy. Lol but the results would make you overjoyed. Anyway , this was just a quick update cause first blog and all. I'll post additional details and whatever at a later date. Im kinda busy right now so I think I should cut this short. Here's the danish diet plan.

Yeah well there it is. I'm finding different versions of this diet than I did before but since this looks easier, I guess I'll just go with it. It said after 7 days to repeat the procedure from day 1. Well, post more details later. I will post updates everyday on my current state or about any randomness going on in my life. I wont be too specific cause it would be bad if someone could spot that i'm writing this. So the diet starts tomorrow. Here's a helpful list of ingredients or foods needed to complete this diet. Trust me when you embark on this journey, you're gonna want to take a trip to the grocery store to pick up these items first. Substituting is not always a good choice and skipping the foods is just gonna make you feel worse.
List of Foods
Eggs(about 2 dozen)
Slice bread ( a loaf I suppose)
Coffee
Vegetables(cucumbers,tomatoes,lettuce,celery, lemons)
Beef steak 200g / 8 slices of ham
Chicken breast
Spinach
White fish
Fruits (anything)
Cabbage
Alright well that's pretty much it, the rest stuff you should easily find in your home. I didn't include cabbage and spinach under vegetables because they have a larger serving amount than just a regular salad requirement. Yeah and also drink water and coffee when you get hungry. From what I hear and see online most people got astounding results and lost around 10-15 at the end of the two weeks.
