Danish Diet is rubbish~ Update of my life explaining why some exercise regimes are not for me

Alright, so I'm gonna make this a quick one. I have examinations going on currently and I have to do amazingly well in them but so far I have not studied, henceforth this update needs to be over soon. There's so much to say but only the basics for now. Heck even that would take too long! Ill just refer back to my older posts. The Danish Diet is not for me. Well maybe it is but I'm not dedicated enough, like my attitude towards things is really poor. I don't have the determination to follow through with something even if I really want it. However, I did find this 10 min aerobic workout video which I've found has given me great results. I only do one rep of this routine per day and I think I've made progress with my weight. Ill post the link for you guys to see. If there is anyone out there watching lol, leave a comment so i don't feel lonely! (´▽`)  Anyway I reckon one reason why this workout routine was effective for me is because it constantly changes movements. This made me realize that my own mental laziness was affecting the way I exercised. For example If I tried a longer routine that practiced a particular exercise move for more than three minutes, id get tired really quickly but i see now that it was not only exhaustion but boredom. I was bored of doing the same thing over and over that i let my fatigue overwhelm me and just gave up trying. Whereas in this 10 min routine I found, they practice each move for just under a minute then change to something new so my brain was constantly adjusting and hence it wasn't bored. Also the moves aren't too difficult so that perhaps was an added factor. Also, i found that listening to music through earphones pump me up further so I become even faster paced than the instructor thus leading to me exerting more energy and burning more calories. Some of these things most persons already know so these are probably not the greatest tips or advice but for anyone who struggles with exercising and feels like they can relate to what im saying then i assure you that these may be the solutions that you're looking for. I am not able to update further for I may fail my french and I.T exams tomorrow. Sorry for the vague-ish blog post but whenever I have free time ( most likely after 12th June[thats when exams are over ~~hooray]) I'll update more consistently. Ill post the link to the exercise video and to a song that I found was pretty upbeat in terms of keeping me up to pace with movements in the exercise routine. (Jeez this post was longer than I'd anticipated)

Not sure about the bpm ( beats per minute) of this song but its pretty pumping. They're my new kpop group to look out for. Not sure If you guys are into this sort of thing but im a massive kpopper so you may have to deal with these shameless promos once in a while. Regardless, this song worked for me, however persons may not be used to the Korean. Sorry for that. Just plug your earphones into your phone and start jammin out to whatever song you feel. However songs with high bpm tend to be most effective.

So Day 1 was a Fail ... But there are even more pressing matters about Kris from exo

Well Yesterday was the first day of the danish diet. I was supposed to have had 3 hard boiled eggs, toast , grapefruit and black coffee for breakfast, one had boiled egg, toast, black coffee for lunch and 3 hard boiled eggs and a vegetable salad for dinner. However, I didn't have enough time to prepare breakfast and lunch for school and by the time I finished school and classes .. I was so hungry that I ate other crap instead. So this is what I actually had for breakfast, lunch and dinner: about 4 small strips of plantain and a couple mouthfuls of hot chocolate, nothing for lunch , some Chinese food at the end of school and honestly i don't remember what else. But that's enough to say that yesterday didn't go as according to planned. I will be continuing today, though i have broken it already. I had some bread and peas done up in spices when i woke up. I am going to attempt a 20 minute workout right now . I will see if I can update on how it goes. I'm contemplating on whether I should only have dinner portion of the diet for today. That means I should go ahead now and prepare the food so that my parents won't interrogate me on why I'm not eating dinner. They aren't exactly gonna support the idea of me being on a diet. Well that's it for now, I'm gonna talk about something even more important to me at the moment

KRIS FROM EXO WANTS TO NULLIFY HIS CONTRACT WITH SM!!! 
This basically means he wasn't to discontinue working under sm entertainment. This has come as shock for everyone including me for I've just become a major fan of exo in more recent times , more precisely about a week or two. I've known of them for about a year but I guess i don't like overly successful groups when they're others who don't enough recognition but since their comeback with overdose i don't know what happened .. Anyway there are sooooo many speculations and rumors going around, and I really don't want to add to that with my own opinions. It seems like even his own members feel betrayed or shocked as this has come as a surprise for them too. I would just like to bring across that as much as I want to see Kris continue with the group, I am concerned about his feelings as well. This is so shocking and extremely unexpected. I cant put into words how crushing it is that just as i was falling for a group something like this could happen. The messages and responses from other sm artists as well as other members from exo are just as surprising as well. Like how could various members and even Amber from f(x) unfollow his instagram account. The messages from Tao and Suho are like gosh ... I can understand how betraying it must feel that  he didn't tell you about his decision but wouldn't they have known previously how he felt, how could they not be considerate about what he's going through or are they just as clueless as we are. Anyway that's all I have... You can read more from articles all over the internet

So I decided that creating a blog would HELP me to successfully complete my diet [DANISH DIET]

Right... well i'm completely new to the blogging scene , i don't even know how to operate a Tumblr page properly but anyway I decided it was time I made a blog, not because i want to but because i'm hoping it will give me the motivation i need to successfully complete the danish diet. Honestly, I'm not looking for an audience, if you stumble upon this blog accidently and decide you want to follow up on it on a regular basis... fine, but I've gone under an alias(a false or assumed identity) and I really don't want anyone finding out about this blog or knowing  that i'm the one running it. It would be too embarrassing. Plus I don't have much support from family and friends. They all think that I look fine and should stop trying to be on a stupid diet. Anyway, influences from Kpop and social media has led me to think that I need to lose around 5 pounds. I know it may not sound necessary but trust me to be fully toned and healthy, losing 5 pounds of fat would be extremely beneficial. I'll post a pic of the danish diet regime so that you can see exactly what i'm getting myself into. I've tried it two times before but nothing serious and stopped after a few days plus school and distractions got in the way. The diet makes you extremely lethargy and unhappy. Lol but the results would make you overjoyed. Anyway , this was just a quick update cause first blog and all. I'll post additional details and whatever at a later date. Im kinda busy right now so I think I should cut this short. Here's the danish diet plan.
Yeah well there it is. I'm finding different versions of this diet than I did before but since this looks easier, I guess I'll just go with it. It said after 7 days to repeat the procedure from day 1. Well, post more details later. I will post updates everyday on my current state or about any randomness going on in my life. I wont be too specific cause it would be bad if someone could spot that i'm writing this. So the diet starts tomorrow. Here's a helpful list of ingredients or foods needed to complete this diet. Trust me when you embark on this journey, you're gonna want to take a trip to the grocery store to pick up these items first. Substituting is not always a good choice and skipping the foods is just gonna make you feel worse.
List of Foods
Eggs(about 2 dozen)
Slice bread ( a loaf I suppose)
Coffee
Vegetables(cucumbers,tomatoes,lettuce,celery, lemons)
Beef steak 200g / 8 slices of ham
Chicken breast
Spinach
White fish
Fruits (anything)
Cabbage

Alright well that's pretty much it, the rest stuff you should easily find in your home. I didn't include cabbage and spinach under vegetables because they have a larger serving amount than just a regular salad requirement. Yeah and also drink water and coffee when you get hungry. From what I hear and see online most people got astounding results and lost around 10-15 at the end of the two weeks.
